Sometimes, we do pre-orders for new products that are not shipped right away. Please check the bottom of the product description first to see if it is still in pre-order status. You will also have received an email that confirms the product was shipped out to you, the moment that it is processed.
If your shipment had tracking, please use the tracking link to find out where it is in transit. If the package has been lost, you must contact the mail provider first in regards to the lost package.
If you have received an email to confirm shipment without tracking, and you have not received the package yet within the allotted time, please send an email to contact@spiritstudios.com with the subject “Mailed Item did not arrive”. Unfortunately, we will not be able to resend lost orders if they were lost and did not have tracking.
