Spiritverse (the Company) respects the privacy concerns of the users of its website, hosted by Mighty Networks. The Company thus provides this privacy statement to explain what information is gathered during a visit to the Site and how such information may be used.

However, certain non-personal information is recorded by the standard operation of the Company’s internet servers. Surveys & Contests: From time-to-time our site requests information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

Bulletin Boards and Chat Areas: Guests of the Site are solely responsible for the content of messages they post on the Company’s forums, such as chat rooms and bulletin boards. Users should be aware that when they voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g., user name, e-mail address, phone number) on the bulletin boards or in the chat areas, that information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other people. You are responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these instances. Please take care when using these features. Guests of the site are also responsible for the interpretation of informational content they see as published by other members and the Company, and responsible for their own actions of what they do with said information. The Company is not responsible for members posting spam, false, or misleading content, though will do its best to uphold the Dharma (Truth, Love, Authenticity) of the membership platform. On the Spiritverse platform, members are free to publish what they want under the publishing guidelines as laid out within the community. Spam, false, or misleading posts by members will be subject to review and could be removed if they go against community guidelines. In short, be mindful of what you post and what you read from others. 

Statement of No Liability: The Company does not warrant or guarantee 1). the accuracy, adequacy, quality, currentness, validity, completeness, or suitability of any information for any purpose; 2). that the Information will not contain adult-oriented material, or material which some individuals may deem objectionable; or 3). that the functions or services performed by Spiritverse will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the Spiritverse will be corrected immediately. Users Responsibility: Users of the platform shall 1). Determine whether the Information complies with User’s needs; 2). Determine the credibility of statements and claims made by other users of Spiritverse, and act responsibly therein; 3). Comply with any legal obligations, including but not limited to, obligations imposed by copyright, secrecy, defamation, decency, and export laws; and 4). Isolate Information, execute anti-contamination software and otherwise take steps to ensure that Information, if contaminated or infected, will not damage User’s information or system.

Choice/Opt-Out: The Site may provide you the opportunity to opt-in to receive communications from us at the point where we request information about you.
